We ship from The Netherlands.

Do you accept orders placed outside of The Netherlands?

We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide.

Do you have a store?

We unfortunately don’t have an actual store. ūüôĀ

Can I work or intern at Shop Chokers?

We don’t have any open spots, unless you are a cat.

Can I write/post about Shop Chokers?

Ofcourse! We would love to read/see your opinion, as long you keep it cool. If we love your social media profiles, we will reach out to you ourselves.

When do you respond to e-mails?

We respond customer e-mails mon-fri.
If you’re lucky, we will respond on the weekends.

Ordering

Is the ordering process secure?

We never share your personal information for any other purpose than order delivery. All your information are kept secured on our shop. Moreover, our payment methods are always secured. 

How do I purchase items in my shopping cart?

To get your items on shopping cart delivered to your address, directly process to checkout. Here you can choose either traditional multi-step, or one-page checkout (which is far more short and time-saving). Enter your contact details, choose one delivery method, and delivery informations to let us know where we can ship the order to you.

Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Once you’ve made your purchase, it’s yours for keeps. If you have received a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo proof, we will take care of it

Do you ship the orders with insurance & tracking?

Orders are sent out with priority air mail which does not include tracking, unless tracking was purchased at checkout. In that case, your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been shipped.

Orders from The Netherlands will take 1-10 business day after shipment.

International shipment times vary by destination country. We ship via POSTNL (approximately 14-40 business days to deliver).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. So, keep a watchful eye on your mailman. (And contact us if you have a problem) All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations.

What about possible custom fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

When will you be restocking .............?

We announce it on our social media, especially our instagram (@shop_chokers), whenever we restock items!

Will this item get to me before .............?

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.
