The chokers are handmade in The Netherlands with care and love. They might be some differences because it’s not made in a factory.

We use velvet fabric as main material for our chokers and mixed metals. Stainless steel, RVS are coming soon.

The stones are real stones, they are all different.

Measure your neck always!

The best way to measure your neck is with a measuring tape. You can ask someone to do it for you, or do it yourself. If you measure your neck yourself, take the measuring tape and put the measuring tape from the back to the front. Put the measuring tape in the middle of your neck. It’s important the head and chin are in a comfortable position.

Don’t look down or move it. This will result in an unaccurate measurement. Hold the first side with one hand. Take the other side and put it right on top of it. Now you have your measurement of your neck.

shipping and ordering

We are based in The Netherlands. (Europe)

We ship from The Netherlands with PostNL.

We unfortunately don’t have an actual store.

We never share your personal information for any other purpose than order delivery. All your information are kept secured on our shop. Moreover, our payment methods are always secured.

To get your items on shopping cart delivered to your address, directly process to checkout. Here you can choose either traditional multi-step, or one-page checkout (which is far more short and time-saving). Enter your contact details, choose one delivery method, and delivery information to let us know where we can ship the order to you

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.

Once you’ve made your purchase, it’s yours for keeps. If you have received a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo proof, we will take care of it.

All orders will be shipped without tracking, if you would like to have tracking it’s 15 euros extra world wide. For The Netherlands it’s 8 euros extra

Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been shipped.
Orders from The Netherlands will take approximately 1-10 business days.
International shipment times vary by destination country. We ship via POSTNL (approximately 14-40 business days to deliver)
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. So, keep a watchful eye on your mailman. (And contact us if you have a problem) All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
